My Solar Grid

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in any business with My Solar Grid, a residential solar installation company operating in New York State. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services Provided: My Solar Grid specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of residential solar systems. Our services include a comprehensive evaluation of your property, customized system design, professional installation, and ongoing support.
  2. Quotations and Contracts: Quotations provided by My Solar Grid are based on the information provided by the customer. Any changes or modifications to the scope of work may require a revised quotation. A signed contract or agreement is required before the commencement of any work.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or agreement between My Solar Grid and the customer. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit may be required upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in delays or suspension of services.
  4. Permits and Approvals: It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any necessary permits, approvals, or permissions required by local authorities or homeowner associations for the installation of the solar system. My Solar Grid will assist and provide the necessary documentation to facilitate the permit application process.
  5. System Performance and Output: My Solar Grid will design and install the solar system to the best of its knowledge and expertise. However, actual system performance and energy output may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, shading, and maintenance. While we strive to maximize system efficiency, we cannot guarantee specific energy production or savings.
  6. Manufacturer and Installation Warranties: My Solar Grid provides a warranty on the installation workmanship as outlined in our warranty policy. Additionally, solar panels and other equipment installed by My Solar Grid may come with separate warranties provided by the manufacturers. Please refer to the specific warranty documentation for terms, conditions, and limitations. Warranty claims may be subject to inspection and approval by My Solar Grid.
  7. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, My Solar Grid and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or maintenance of the solar system. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other financial or commercial losses.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract or agreement in writing, provided that all outstanding payments and obligations have been fulfilled. In the event of termination, the customer shall be responsible for any costs incurred by My Solar Grid up until the termination date.
  9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York.
  10. Modifications: My Solar Grid reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of these terms before engaging in any business with My Solar Grid.
